Who we are
SOURPUSS LEMONADE is shaking up the lemonade game with our one-of-a-kind mobile lemon slush bar! We serve refreshing lemon slush that’s made from the lemonade itself, so our drinks stay delicious to the very last sip.
But there’s a twist—all our drinks feature a custom sour candy rim and droppers of sour liquid for a zing all your own. Made with only fresh fruit and sugar, every sip is a fresh burst of vibrant, customizable flavor.
Our story
Hi! I’m Meghan, owner/operator of SOURPUSS LEMONADE. SPL was inspired by a lemonade vendor in my small hometown in Virginia that's been serving frozen lemonade drinks for more than 50 years. I wish for this lemonade every summer, so I had settled for daydreaming about opening up my own shop for a couple years.
However, after some big life changes, including a layoff, I decided this was the time to take a terrifying leap and share my lemonade with my home on west coast. I came up with solid recipes for some classic favorites and created fun, innovative flavors to add to the menu as well. Now, I'm bringing it to you in the Spring of 2025.
Purpose
My aim is to make SPL an integral part of our Vancouver’s charm. After the pandemic, I started to feel like you could plop my house anywhere in the world and it wouldn’t make a difference—I was so disconnected from the physical place I lived, that it really started to take a toll on my mental health.
SPL was created to not only give me freedom from the uncertainty of the job market, but also to provide a way for me to engage with my community directly, and to give back in a meaningful way. This year, I’m focusing on my values of integrity, equitability, compassion, and community, not just my strengths. Together, I hope we can make SOURPUSS LEMONADE a successful venture for all of Clark County.
